Regional Scale Waste Treatment and Processing Facility
Realizing that in the future, the availability of chemical fertilizers as unrenewable natural materials will decrease, and, on the other hand, there has been awareness of the importance of natural (organic) food since 2004, PT. Cipta Visi Sinar Kencana has developed technology for processing waste and organic waste into compost. Organic waste is a resource that should be reused in agriculture as compost/organic fertilizer or energy source. The various capacities of this waste and waste processing machine include manual composters (type S, M, L), household scale electric composters (RKE 2000L), organic chopping machines and large capacity composters in the form of Rotary Kilns.
Regional-scale waste processing covering rural/urban areas, offices, colleges, public facilities, livestock pens, and tourist attractions with total waste production ranging from 1 to 200 tons per day requires a tool and machine configuration that can be tailored to the waste characteristics and the waste disposal site’s construction objectives.
In this organic (compost) category PT. Cipta Visi Sinar Kencana succeeded in engineering and isolating waste-degrading microbes (probiotics) and organic and various mineral wastes for modern, hygienic and fast composting to take place. On the other hand, the installation of biodigesters will also produce biogas as clean energy to be utilized for electricity or heat sources.
These decomposer microbes are Green Phoskko® (GP-1) compost activator and Green Phoskko® (GP-2) bulking agent. Meanwhile, for the decomposition to take place effectively and efficiently compared to traditional methods (beds or open windrows), a Biophosko® machine tool (composter) was developed for household scale, environmental scale and Rotary Kiln for commercial business scale. This composter is very useful for gardeners and gardeners in making compost by utilizing raw materials derived from household waste or, for entrepreneurs getting a business – which quickly produces from managing waste in commercial areas as well as public facilities.
